3. Open the file in your favorite editor (such as Notepad) and find the tag at the bottom of the file by using Ctrl “F”.

1. Login to your dashboard.vhelp.me console, go to integration tab and copy the HTML code
2. Log into your Volusion Dashboard and go to Design > File Editor
3. Edit the template_210.html file and paste the “vHelp” integration Code just before the tag.
4. Click Save and wow, you are done. You should be able to see the “live help” on the bottom right corner of your website.

How do I integrate with my website running on Big Commerce ?

Follow these steps,
1. Log into your BIGCommerce Administration account, from your store’s address or by going to: http://www.bigcommerce.com/login.php.
2. In the Settings dropdown, select “Live Chat Settings” tab.
3. Select “Other Third Party Live Chat Service” in the list then click Save to enable the chat.
4. Once you click Save, there will be a new tab under your Live Chat Settings section. Select the new tab called “Other Third Party Live Chat Service”.
5. Login to your dashboard.vhelp.me console, go to integration tab and copy the HTML code
6. On your “Other Third Party Live Chat Service” tab > scroll down to Settings > Live Chat Code and paste the code you just copied.
7. Choose the location of your chat from the “Chat Box Location” dropdown. If you choose to implement an icon or a text link, these will appear at the selected location, however the widget will be shown at the bottom left or right side of your store, depending on your preference.
8. Click Save and wow, you are done. You should be able to see the “live help” on the bottom right corner of your website.
